3.4 Captains are responsible for the behaviour of all players on their team and for ensuring that substitutions of players on their team are carried out correctly.
A personal penalty is awarded if a captain does not exercise these responsibilities.

Hey Chris, I was able to go to the Rosario airport the next morning and pick up my bag without an issue. It was shocking to me that they’d let a passenger get off a plane without taking off their baggage but hey, what do I know? I can’t tell the difference between Cordoba and Rosario, apparently - who am I to say?
