The interview took place immediately after the completion of the Eurohockey Indoor Club Champion’s Trophy in Vienna, Austria, in February 2010.

Amazing to think that the Scottish umpires can get that far in two years… quite the program they have in place. Indoor obviously helps development…. wonder if i should push for a Vancouver league to get started again?
