What are the tell-tale signs of a body shield by an attacker? Check out the clues in this #FeatureFriday clip, one of the hundreds of clips in the fhu3t Clip Library. Find them all: ๐ข๐ก๐ด๐
A common area where ball carriers commit body obstruction and shield the ball from a tackle is when they're dribbling down the left attacking channel. The ball is initially in a natural carrying position but the player in possession drops it behind her to her left, interposing her body between the ball and the defender. The defender isn't in front but could potentially make a play on the ball and does make an attempt, but her stick is kicked away as well.
And check out that understated but demonstrative style on the signalling!
