I had a top tier game in our domestic competition. I could hear the calling out from the other end and my co-umpire and I spoke about at half time, hoping she would go away but nope, she just transferred to my end. At the end of the game this parent of a State and national development player made sure that myself and my co-umpire had to walk past her so that comments could be continued. What rubbed salt into the wound was to have a club senior member stand beside her and encourage and support the comments. Seriously made me wonder why I get out each weekend and umpire.
